If your contribution has been accepted for an oral presentation, please prepare your speech as follows:
Duration: 12′ followed by 3′ for questions (for schedule see the programme of sessions ).
Format: It is recommended to use the CESB16 presentation template; in any case, use 4:3 aspect ratio. MS PowerPoint (PPT or PPTX) and PDF formats are supported. If you do not intend to use MS PowerPoint or PDF presentation format, please inform us before the conference at presentations@cesb.cz. If you have some special needs regarding your presentation, such as video etc., please contact us at presentations@cesb.cz as well.
Infrastructure: A PC and an overhead projector will be available.
Presentation delivery: You have two options how to deliver us your presentation:
- Firstly you can hand in a USB stick with your presentation at the reception on your arrival or at least four hours before your talk. The technical staff will make sure that all is ready for your presentation at the right time and in the right place.
- Second option is to upload your presentation using the online form at cesb.cz/upload, you will need the ID of your contribution (you can find it in the conference administration system, please be careful which ID belongs to the presented contribution, especially in case of paper with major revisions). The upload form will be available from 13 June.
Unforeseen absence: Should you not be able to attend, please inform us at your earliest convenience by email at info@cesb.cz and, if possible, send a person to replace you.
